Gregory Scicchitano is an attorney with an office located in downtown Syracuse New York.
Greg graduated from Hartwick College located in Oneonta, New York in 1987 and Widener University School of Law located in Wilmington, Delaware in 1990. He was admittted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1990, New Jersey Bar in 1991 and the New York Bar in 1993. While practicing as a sole practitioner he served as counsel to New York State Senator John A. DeFrancisco and was responsible for reviewing and drafting local and statewide legislation on the Senator’s behalf. After his time as counsel in the New York State Legislature, he became Town Attorney for the Town of DeWitt, a position he held for 9 years. During that time, Greg handled all legal matters that came before the Town Board as well as being legal counsel to the Town of DeWitt Police Commission.
In 2013 Greg formed the Law Firm of Scicchitano Law, PLLC whose primary focus is the representation of buyers, sellers and/or lenders in the residential real estate market. Greg serves as closing attorney for numerous lenders as well as handling transactions for those individuals or entities who are purchasing or selling a home. In addition to the residential real estate market, the firm also handles matters related to civil litigation, municipal law, vehicle and traffic infractions (including DWI) and landlord tenant disputes.
In addition to the practice of law, Greg has a passion for horse racing and is the co-owner of 315 Stables, LLC with his wife Cheri.
